Overview:
The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors to or users of the La Top Divas website, the home page of which is at www.latopdivas.com. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these rules and regulations, as they may be modified by La Top Divas at any time and posted on this Web site. In the event of a violation of these rules and regulations, La Top Divas reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity. Prices very upon customer service. Prices are subject to change. La Top Divas is not obligated to honor any errors in pricing or availability.

Damaged Goods:
All of our dresses go through quality control before being shipped out. We must be contacted within 24 hours of UPS delivery of the dress, to be made aware of any damage. All Beaded garments are hand sewn so bead patterns may be inconsistent. We are not responsible for minor shifts in beadwork that may take place during shipping. This is not considered damaged. Please be advised that beadwork or sequins can only be attached in many instances with one thread making the garment very susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear.
