Return and Exchange Policy

We ask that you please choose your garment with care, read all product details and refer to our color/fitting guides before ordering from La Top Divas.

La Top Divas offers an exchange garment or credit voucher within 3 days of delivery. Our gowns are made-to-order so we do not offer refunds.

Should you need to exchange an item, please note the details below:

Your garment must be returned in its original garment bag with the tags attached within 3 days of delivery.

Please include a copy of you invoice as proof of purchase when returning your garment including your order number.

The garment must not have been dry cleaned, spot cleaned, washed or dried.

The garment must not have been worn or altered.

The garment must be in perfect sellable condition. If there is any kind of scent or make up on the garment, your exchange will not be processed.

Please return your garment using the most convenient and cost effective postal service. We strongly advise that you track your item; La Top Divas does not accept responsibility for missing parcels. Return shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer.

Please let us know whether you would like an exchange (state the style/size/color/date you require your replacement) or a credit voucher. Please note, we cannot send your replacement until we have received your return.

Once the garment has been received it will undergo a quality inspection and once cleared, you will be notified by email.

Goods are only classified faulty if they have a manufacturing fault, this does not include defects due to wear and tear.

All our dresses go through quality control before being shipped out. All Beaded garments are hand sewn so bead patterns may be inconsistent. We are not responsible for minor shifts in beadwork that may take place during shipping. This is not considered damaged. Please be advised that beadwork or sequins can only be attached in many instances with one thread making the garment very susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear.

If your garment is faulty, please contact us with photographs of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item. A UPS Express collection will be arranged for pickup of the faulty garment. Once a quality review has taken place, a replacement garment will be dispatched immediately. Email with the subject line “damage”.

Please ensure your garment is returned in its original condition, along with tags and packaging. We will only offer an exchange or credit voucher for the value of your order excluding any additional fees including: alterations/express fees/shipping costs. No exchange or refund will be offered on sample or sale items.
